Tiger Smoothie by London Loy

This smoothie is created by the one and only London Loy, TV-chef at the Dutch show Koffietijd on RTL 4.


For his recipe, London is using a variety of nutrient-rich ingredients. Together, they cleanse the body and mind, leaving you energised for the day ahead. Why is it called the Tiger Smoothie? Well, London was born in the year of the tiger after all. 


This smoothie designed to drive motivation and inspire action, it’s the perfect breakfast or lunch for anyone wants to reach their full potential and make things happen.



Prep time: 10 minutes Serves: 1 (Vegan)


Ingredients:

6 strawberries

½ banana

½ beetroot

Small handful of rocket 

One shot of Tropical Turmeric jamu

One shot of orange juice

The flesh from 1 passion fruit

 

Equipment:

1 blender

1 glass or smoothie bottle

 

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour the liquid into your glass or bottle and drink or refrigerate for later. This smoothie will stay fresh in the fridge for up to one day, so you can always make two servings and refrigerate one for the following day!
