Easy Good Jamu smoothie

Taking care of your health isn't always easy, but it doesn't have to be. That's why at Good Jamu we've created simple rituals that make it enjoyable to incorporate healthy practices into your daily routine. One of these rituals is our delicious and easy to make Good Jamu smoothie.

This smoothie combines the benefits of kefir, a fermented beverage known to promote feelings of well-being and overall well-being, with the traditional holistic properties of our jamu. The result is a silky smooth taste that immediately revitalizes the body.

Our Tropical Turmeric and Island Ginger jamus are both perfect for this recipe, but for this particular smoothie we used our Tropical Turmeric jamu. The combination of the anti-inflammatory properties of the turmeric and the probiotics of the kefir provide a powerful boost to your immune system. The best part?

It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and serve, making it a perfect breakfast or on-the-go snack. And for our vegan friends, this recipe is completely plant-based.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings : 1 (Vegan)


Ingredients:

50ml of Island Ginger or Tropical Turmeric jamu

100ml kefir

100ml orange or mango juice (whichever you prefer)

Ice


Supplies:

1 spoon

1 glass

Method:

1. Start with some ice cubes and place them in your glass.

2. Pour in the kefir.

2. Add the jamu on top of the kefir.

3. Stir everything and start enjoying this delicious drink.

Not only is it easy and delicious, but it's also a great way to incorporate traditional remedies into your daily routine.
