Our Tropical Turmeric and Island Ginger jamus are both perfect for this recipe, but for this particular smoothie we used our Tropical Turmeric jamu. The combination of the anti-inflammatory properties of the turmeric and the probiotics of the kefir provide a powerful boost to your immune system. The best part?
It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and serve, making it a perfect breakfast or on-the-go snack. And for our vegan friends, this recipe is completely plant-based.

Ingredients:
50ml of Island Ginger or Tropical Turmeric jamu
100ml kefir
100ml orange or mango juice (whichever you prefer)
Ice
Supplies:
1 spoon
1 glass
Method:
1. Start with some ice cubes and place them in your glass.
2. Pour in the kefir.
2. Add the jamu on top of the kefir.
3. Stir everything and start enjoying this delicious drink.
