Yuzu Ginger Pop

New month, new mocktail! In collaboration with Jason Affo, the brains behind The Indigo Kitchen, we have created a refreshing mocktail with Yuzu and Ginger called: Yuzu Ginger Pop. This mocktail is perfect for any occasion.

The Yuzu Ginger Pop is not only delicious and healthy, but also super easy to make! Simply pour yuzu and Island Ginger jamu into a tall glass, fill with ice, add ginger beer and finish with a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

In just a few minutes you can enjoy this refreshing and flavorful mocktail. All you need are the ingredients and a few ice cubes! Even if you are not an experienced bartender, you can make this popping mocktail in no time.

Preparation time:

Ingredients:

1 tbsp yuzu
2 tbsp Island Ginger
250ml ginger beer
1 lime
Ice

Supplies:

1 spoon
1 glass

Method:

1. Pour yuzu and Island Ginger jamu into a tall glass and fill the glass with ice.

2. Add ginger beer and finish with a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
