The story behind Good Jamu
Anna Uspessij, the founder of Good Jamu, plays a central role in the team and brings her passion for jamu and wellness to the company. Her love for jamu originated in her Dutch-Moluccan household, where she came into contact with this special tradition from a young age. Her interest in Indonesian wellness culture grew during a trip to Indonesia, where she decided to delve further into the power of jamu. "Jamu is an ancient Indonesian drink that is known for its healing properties and contributes to good health," says Uspessij. "I wanted to learn more about it and that is why I went to Bali to learn from real jamu masters."

We have worked with renowned chefs to create new recipes and have entered into partnerships with authorized distributors to increase the reach of Good Jamu.
