The Tropical Burst mocktail contains a combination of delicious ingredients, including hibiscus and madame Jeanette syrup,
Tropical Turmeric jamu, lime juice and soda water. Hibiscus is a plant rich in antioxidants that helps regulate blood pressure and aid digestion. Madame Jeanette pepper has a spicy flavor and contains capsaicin, which helps reduce inflammation in the body.
Tropical Turmeric contains ginger and turmeric and has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Lime is rich in vitamin C and may help improve immunity and lower the risk of chronic diseases.

Preparation time:
10 minutes
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons hibiscus and madame jeanette syrup
2 tablespoons Tropical Turmeric jamu
Juice of ½ lime
Top off with spray water
Ice cubes
An edge of tajin and lime
Instructions for hibiscus and madame jeanette sugar syrup:
1. Add sugar, water, hibiscus and madame jeanette in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture slowly comes to a boil.
2. Place the syrup with hibiscus and madame jeanette in a container and let it cool.
Drink preparation method:
1. Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice and dip the glass in the tajin.
2. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the syrup, carefully pour in the tropical turmeric and lime juice. Top it off with soda water and stir well before drinking.
Tip:
1. Cutting the skin off the pepper will infuse the syrup with more flavor and heat.
2. Add more Madame Jeanette for a spicier syrup or use one and leave it whole to add just the aroma.
3. Instead of tajin, you can use a mixture of salt and chilli flakes to garnish the glass.
