Indigo Kitchen , is the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors that will delight your taste buds. Preparing is quick and easy, perfect for busy workdays and especially weekends. Try the Winter Blues for a nice refreshment on a dark day.
One of the main ingredients in this mocktail is our
Tropical Turmeric jamu. Jamu is a traditional Indonesian herbal drink. Our Tropical Turmeric jamu is made with organic turmeric, ginger, tamarind and spices, earthy and warm in flavour.
The Winter Blues mocktail is made with pear juice, among other things. Pear juice adds a soft sweetness and a full body to the mocktail.
Cinnamon and cardamom give the whole thing a warm, spiced note. Cinnamon is sweet and woody, cardamom fresh and almost citrussy.
Together, these ingredients make a mocktail that is sweet, spiced and surprisingly fresh.
This mocktail is vegan and alcohol free, and perfect for anyone looking for a refreshing alternative to alcohol. The Winter Blues mocktail is easy to make and is perfect for serving guests at a dinner party. Or make this mocktail for yourself, just because you feel like it.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cinnamon & cardamom syrup
1 ½ tbsp Tropical Turmeric jamu
Pear juice
Ice cubes
A cinnamon stick as a garnish
Method:
1. Add sugar, water, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture slowly comes to a boil.
2. Put the syrup with cinnamon and cardamom in a container and let cool, stir in the blue spirulina for some color.
3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cinnamon cardamom syrup, carefully pour the Tropical Turmeric jamu on top and top with pear juice. Use cinnamon stick as a garnish if desired.
Tip:
Optionally, add ½ tsp vanilla extract to the syrup.
