One of the main ingredients in this mocktail is our Tropical Turmeric
jamu. Jamu is a traditional Indonesian herbal tonic known for its anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing properties. Our Tropical Turmeric jamu is made with a blend of organic turmeric and ginger and other spices carefully selected to aid well-being and overall health.

2 tablespoons cinnamon & cardamom syrup
1 ½ tbsp Tropical Turmeric jamu
A cinnamon stick as a garnish
1. Add sugar, water, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture slowly comes to a boil.
2. Put the syrup with cinnamon and cardamom in a container and let cool, stir in the blue spirulina for some color.
3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cinnamon cardamom syrup, carefully pour the Tropical Turmeric jamu on top and top with pear juice. Use cinnamon stick as a garnish if desired.
Optionally, add ½ tsp vanilla extract to the syrup.
