One of the main ingredients in this mocktail is our

Preparation time:

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cinnamon & cardamom syrup
1 ½ tbsp Tropical Turmeric jamu
Pear juice
Ice cubes
A cinnamon stick as a garnish
Method:
1. Add sugar, water, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture slowly comes to a boil.
2. Put the syrup with cinnamon and cardamom in a container and let cool, stir in the blue spirulina for some color.
3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cinnamon cardamom syrup, carefully pour the Tropical Turmeric jamu on top and top with pear juice. Use cinnamon stick as a garnish if desired.
Tip:
Optionally, add ½ tsp vanilla extract to the syrup.
